New Division Structure
T-Ball (Non-Competitive) - Ages 4-6 - Tee/Coach Pitch
Players will begin the season hitting from a tee to focus on proper mechanics and confidence at the plate. Midway through the season, the division will transition to coach pitch (with the tee still available as needed) to help players adjust to seeing a moving ball.
Goals of division: Introduce young players to the basics of baseball in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. The focus is on learning fundamental skills, such as hitting, throwing, catching, and running the bases, while developing teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game rather than competition or keeping score.
A (Non-Competitive) – Ages 6–7 - Machine/Coach Pitch Division
Machine/Coach Pitch will serve as an essential bridge between T-Ball and AA. This division will utilize a combination of coach/machine pitch to help players build confidence, timing, and comfort with a moving baseball before being introduced to player pitch in AA.
Goals of division: Provide a smoother and more developmentally appropriate transition from T-Ball while reinforcing proper hitting mechanics with consistent machine-pitch delivery. Help players adjust to tracking and hitting a pitched ball in a supportive environment. Continue building fundamental skills—throwing, catching, fielding, and base running—while maintaining a fun, instructional atmosphere. Prepare players for the increased structure and introduction of player pitching in AA.
AA (Non-Competitive) - Ages 6-8 - Player/Machine Pitch
This division will feature a mix of player and machine pitch throughout the season, helping players gain early experience facing live pitching while maintaining an instructional, supportive environment.
Goals of division: Help players continue developing their baseball skills and understanding of the game in a more structured but still supportive environment. This level introduces player pitching, with a machine used as needed to help keep the game moving forward. Players learn proper game rules and positions while continuing to build teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect for the game. The focus remains on skill development and confidence building rather than competition or standings.
AAA (Competitive) - Ages 8-10 - Player Pitch
Players in this division will face player pitching for the entire season. The focus will be on continued skill development, game awareness, and introducing more competitive play.
Goals of division: Further develop players’ skills and understanding of the game in a more competitive setting while maintaining a focus on learning and sportsmanship. This division features full player pitching and more advanced baseball rules, helping players refine techniques in hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running. Coaches emphasize strategy, teamwork, and respect for the game as players prepare for the transition to the Majors division. This division will have a 10u All Start team.
Majors (Competitive) - Ages 10-12 - Player Pitch
This division will also be player pitch for the full season, offering players the opportunity to refine their skills in a fully competitive setting as they prepare for higher levels of play.
Goals of division: Help players refine their baseball skills and deepen their understanding of advanced game strategies in a fully competitive environment. This level features complete player pitching and players should have a high level of competence in throwing and catching. Players focus on improving consistency, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship as they prepare for higher levels of play. This division will have both an 11u All Star team and a 12u All Star team, with the 12u team eligible to advance through tournaments leading to the Little League World Series.
Juniors/Seniors (Competitive) - Ages 13 and up - Player Pitch
This division features player pitch throughout the season, emphasizing advanced play, strategy, and continued growth for older athletes.
Goals of division: Provide players with an opportunity to continue developing their skills on a full-size baseball field while experiencing a higher level of competition and strategy to prepare for high school. This division focuses on refining advanced techniques in pitching, hitting, fielding, and base running, while also emphasizing leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Players learn to apply a deeper understanding of the game as they prepare for high school baseball and beyond. This division will have both a Junior and Senior All Star team.
