2020 Fall Season Guidelines

LOLLL Families,

We all need to understand that for us to return we have to have some patience in processes, rules set forth by our league and county that allow us to use the fields, and the governments that set the rules for them.
There will be some differences that we are not accustomed to for a while, but hopefully they are rules that we can all live with because the alternative of not playing was not fun for anyone, most importantly our children. The guidelines below are requirements by either the county or the league.  These are not optional nor negotiable.
*Masks will be required to walk into the complex.  Spectators can remove them once they sit to watch practice/game.
*All players will have their own equipment. There will be NO sharing of equipment.
*Please have drinks labeled with players name.
*There will be temperature check stations before you can enter the fields for ALL players, coaches and umpires. Wristbands will be given to the players, coaches and umpires once they have been checked in.Temperatures will need to be no higher than 100.7.
*There will be no spitting of seeds, gum or any other item inside the complex.
*There will be no team snacks.Hand sanitizer will be provided in the dugouts.
*ALL players will wear a mask while in the dugout area.Once they are on the field they may remove their mask and put it in their back pocket until they go back to the dugout.
*Coaches will wear masks at all times.
*There will be no handshakes, fist bumps or high fives after games.
*Dugouts will be sanitized after each practice/game.
*All spectators will be encouraged to wear masks while in the recreation complex. They may be removed once in your chair.
*Families will be encouraged to limit the number of spectators they bring to games and will be encouraged to have only (1) parent attend practice with their player.
*Spectators will be required to observe social distancing of at least (6) feet.
*Spectators will not be allowed in or near dugouts.
*Spectators for ALL fields except for fields 3, 5 and 6– MUST sit in the outfield only to watch practices/games. Teeball field and Minor D fields (Fields 5 and 6) -  There is no outfield to sit in so you will have to sit in the normal areas.  Minor C Baseball (field 3) -  You can sit along the foul lines and the outfield.  But do not sit in the outfield on the sidewalk that leads to field 6.  **Please practice social distancing when doing this.
*NO Dogs allowed! The county has signs posted and you must abide by their rules. If it is a service animal be prepared to show authentic and original documentation from a physician providing it.
*IF you park in the dirt lot at the back fields, there will be NO entrance to get into the fields.Players and coaches will have to walk around to the concession area to check in.
*Please enjoy being able to allow your children to be back out on the fields.
Keep in perspective these requirements are minimal and could be far worse.  We all have wanted sports to return and some locations are still closed so lets not complain or gripe and lets just enjoy some baseball and softball!!

Thank you
