We appreciate that you've chosen Land O Lakes Little League (LOLLL) as your baseball home and we're excited to be able to provide an opportunity for your children to enjoy the sport of baseball/softball. It takes ALL of us working together to ensure our league can function properly. To that end, we invite you to explore our many volunteering opportunities. Some examples include:

LOL Little League FAQ’s:
1. How do I become a BOARD MEMBER?
*We're thrilled that you are interested in becoming a LOLLL Board Member and excited to talk with you about the opportunity. The Board is a group of VOLUNTEERS who are elected from and by the adult members of the league, and are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the league within the rules, regulations, and policies of Little League.
*There is a NEED for new board members as our current board is short-staffed and needs your help so if you are interested in becoming a board member, please let us know.
*Please Note: any person interested in joining the board must pass a background check and be duly elected into one of the roles. There is no guarantee of election.
*How do I sign-up for concession duty? LOLLL will offer sign-up sheets in the near future - more information to come.
What EQUIPMENT do players need?
*ALL players will need cleats, glove, helmet, practice baseball/softball pants, and a “USA Bat Standard” bat. Baseball players need personal protection gear.
*During the Spring season the league will provide players with a team jersey, belt, socks and a hat. During the spring season the softball players will get a jersey, belt, and socks, (but no hats).
*What kind of BAT do BASEBALL players need? On Jan 1, 2018, Little League as an organization adopted a new rule - requiring all baseball players to adhere to new 2018 Bat Standards. You can view those standards here: USA Bat Standards: 2018 bat rules.xlsx This rule applies to BASEBALL ONLY and it mandatory baseball divisions of T-ball through Junior Baseball. This rule does NOT apply to Senior baseball. This rule does NOT apply to SOFTBALL at any level. This is an official Little League Organization rule, not a Land O Lakes Little League Rule.
What TIME are practices and games?
*Weeknight games / practices begin at 6:30pm. Saturday times vary throughout the day. Practice schedules will be made available once teams have been drafted/created and distributed to all teams at that time. Game times will follow shortly after.
*Can I request my child practice on a specific night? NO. Due to the large size of our league, we don't take requests for children to only practice on a specific weeknights. There is no set schedule for weeknight play as teams typically rotate their practice/game nights from week to week.
Can I request a SPECIFIC Team and/or Manager for my child?
*NO. Due to the large size of our league we are not able to honor these requests.
*The only exceptions to this rule are:
a. SIBLINGS who are registered in the same division;
b. Children of Managers.
Who should enter their CONTACT INFO on the league website?
*Both parents or guardians should enter their information in the system if at all possible. This will give LOLLL greater access for communication.
Who controls when/why the FIELDS CLOSE?
*Pasco County controls the closing of the fields due to weather or field conditions.
What is the REFUND Policy for Land O Lakes Little League?
*If a player is unregistered before the first practice you will receive a full refund minus a $35.00 administration fee.
*If a player is unregistered after the first practice you will receive a full refund minus a $70.00 administration fee.
